The Universe: Chapter 5 – Information
Information – is a collection of signals that creates snapshot of the situation of a unit of Matter.
Situation – various kinds of Energies, geometric structure, location and distance inSpace-Time, direction of Motion, etc.
Transfer of information – is a transfer of the signals of a snapshot of Sending-Matter to a Receiving-Matter. The action is performed by a Messenger Carrier-Information who "reads" the information from the sender and transmits it to the receiver for "reading". Along the way, it by itself undergoes changes in its own situation and thus improves the quality of the information provided (e.g., distance).
The transfer of information between units of Matter is done by means of direct contact ofthe messenger, first between it and the Sending-Matter and later between it and the Receiving-Matter. In these encounters, Energies of various kinds are transferred to and from the messenger. These Energies do not have to be exactly of the same type, at the sender, receiver or courier. Converting Energies in the process is strictly permissible. The whole process must comply with the law of conservation of Energy.
The information transmitted affects the situation of the Receiving-Matter (situation – as mentioned above in the definition of Information-Energy, geometry, etc.).
Velocity limitation –Because of depending in Matter for transferring Information, the velocity of this action is limited to the speed of Light.
Information transfer in nature – Forces
Force – is a transfer of Information by creating a force-field.
Science recognizes four types of forces and some carriers through which they influence:
Gravity force – activated by bodies with mass. Affects Space-Time with gravitons (their existence has not yet been physically discovered).
Electromagnetic force – is exerted by electrically charged particles – electrons and protons. Affects electrically charged bodies caught in the Electro-magnetic field by photons.
Strong nuclear force – is exerted by sub particles in the atomic nucleus – Quarks. Affects the cohesion of the atomic nucleus through gluons.
Weak nuclear force – like the strong nuclear force it is exerted by sub particles in the atomic nucleus – Quarks. Affects elementary particles using W+, W- and Z bosons and allows them to Invert from one particle to another by substituting features.
A steadily use of force (Continuous operation of a field) by a Sending-Matter will cause acceleration of the Receiving-Matter.
Information transfer structure in nature – fields
A force-carrier – is a particle that fills some volume in Space (photon, graviton) and due to the shape of its wave motion it occupies additional volume in Space.
A force-field – is a collection of Force-Carriersthat usually originated from a common source, and are usually arranged in Space in a spherical geometric form of curved layers whose surface area is increasing.
Strength of the Field – After supplying a pulse with a dose of carriers, the source of the force-carriers no longer has control over them. Therefore, due to the spherical structure of the field, the number of carriers in each curved layer will be the same as in the other layers, and only the distance between the carriers (density) will be different. The strength of the field in a particular place in Space-Time will be determined by the number of Force-Carriers per unit volume around the body caught in the field. An increase in the distance from the center of the source will affect the reduction of field's strength. A decrease in distance will, of course, have the opposite effect
Life
The biologists (people that their skill is the theory of Life) define Life, as a Matter with characteristics (defined by them) that segregate them from another Matter lacking the majority of those characteristics.
Actually, one can conclude that Life is Matter with Information. This Matter succeeded thru the years, to preserve the information, to use it, to develop and improve it for its own needs, and also to transfer it further on to another Matter, which it participates in its creation.
